History
Our institution was initiated with the admission of five disabled male applicants in a temporarily donated parking lot in 1984.
RRGC is now located in a western suburb of Tehran and operating from its own premises, a 1,125 sq. m. (12,110 sq. ft.) building on a land measuring 2,800 sq. m. (30,140 sq. ft.). The organization holds the title deed and the property is soon to expand, upon completion of the final phase of its ongoing construction project, by an additional 2,170 sq.m. Since its inception, the institution is proud to have trained more than 5000 applicants; most of our alumni have become successfully employed and even some have managed to establish businesses of their own.
They are now pursuing specialized careers and are financially independent. Some of these graduates are now earning sufficient income to support not only themselves but also their dependents as well This is how they have not only changed their own lives, but also that of their famili
es and kids. According to the Institution’s Charter, the highly successful graduates are expected to give a helping hand by employing others who may be in need of assistance.
This cycle of assistance has had a tangible effect in creating a positive and sustainable change of attitude in their surrounding community. At RRGC, we do not perform miracles; rather we provide incentive and empowerment.
